Audit, Finance and Risk Committee of Council
The Audit, Finance and Risk Committee reviews the Museum's financial reporting, legislative and policy compliance, audits, risk management and internal controls and performance reporting.
Collections Committee of Council
The Collections Committee reviews collection-related policies and the strategic direction of the National Historical Collection, including proposed acquisitions and material marked for deaccessioning. It includes external member John-Paul Janke.
Development Committee of Council
The Development Committee oversees philanthropy, fundraising and corporate partnerships at the Museum.
Indigenous Reference Group
The Indigenous Reference Group provides expert advice to Council on the Museum’s activities that represent and serve the interests of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and the broader Australian community. It includes external member Michelle Broun.
