Ticket price includes exhibition entry to Discovering Ancient Egypt, available for viewing prior to the concert from 6pm to 7pm and during the interval.

Recognised for challenging traditional musical forms and boundaries, the Egyptian–Australian Tawadros Brothers’ performances have dazzled, exhilarated and enchanted audiences around the globe.

Featuring the original compositions of Joseph Tawadros, their music fuses Middle Eastern, classical, jazz, folk, metal and bluegrass traditions with boundless energy and innovation.

Joseph and James Tawadros have recorded 19 albums and been nominated 19 times in the ARIA Awards, winning in 2022, 2021, 2020 and in 2014, 2013 and 2012. As soloists and as a duo they have been recognised worldwide and have performed in some of the world’s most prestigious venues.

The Tawadros Brothers have also collaborated with celebrated artists such as Roy Ayers, Bela Fleck, Richard Bona, Zakir Hussain, Andreas Scholl, John Abercrombie, John Patitucci, Richard Tognetti and orchestras including the Australian Chamber Orchestra, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra and Camerata Salzburg.
