TICKET SALES CLOSE THIS SUNDAY 15 FEBRUARY
Join Executive Chef Jung-Su Chang of Sydney’s acclaimed two-hatted Korean fine dining restaurant Allta for a celebration of Korean gastronomy.
Under a canopy of silk lanterns, the Gandel Atrium will transform into your own private Korean-themed dining room, where Chef will present three exquisite courses paired with your choice of premium Australian wines or Korean and native teas.
Your evening starts with canapes perfectly matched to a cocktail (featuring Tasmania’s Hartshorn Vodka) or a refreshing mocktail, both showcasing the native zing of Davidson plum.
From melt-in-your-mouth cured hiramasa kingfish to tender beef shortribs with smoked potato puree, crispy rice and a mushroom reduction, this will be a culinary experience to remember.
An equally sumptuous vegetarian menu awaits, and all guests will delight in the Insam (Ginseng) and White Chocolate Mousse dessert.
Usually hosting just 12 guests, Allta will close its doors for two nights to present this rare dining opportunity.
Renowned Sydney quartet Stringspace will delight guests with classical renditions of K-pop chart-toppers, BTS.
