Acknowledgements
This exhibition is part of an ongoing collaboration between Anmatyerr people and the National Museum of Australia.
The Museum is grateful for the cultural guidance provided by Martin Mbitjana Hagan, Michael Penangk Tommy, Johnny Mpetyan Jack and Peter Peltharr Cole from the Laramba community. The Museum is indebted to the Anengkerr Anmatyerr Ingkantety project and Dr Jason Gibson, Deakin University.
Note: Anmatyerr language is used for the names of people and places throughout this exhibition. Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri, for example, is known as Peltharr by his own people, and this name is presented alongside others used over the course of his life.
