Strong roots embedded in the earth represent the cultural knowledge that is the foundation of Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and identity.

Ngulla Wellamunagaa: Trees that Have Survived and Revived presents stories that affirm ongoing connections to country and celebrate the survival, continuity and diversity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. They are the stories that have survived and been revived.
