Daniel Agdag is an Australian artist and filmmaker. He began his studies in fine art before turning his hand to film-making. He received his Masters in Film and Television at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2008.
Agdag is a triple Dendy Award winner at the Sydney Film Festival, as well as winner of the prestigious AFI / AACTA Award in 2017. His film Lost Property Office (2017) was shortlisted for the Academy Award for Best Short Animation.
In addition to film-making, Agdag creates and exhibits mesmerisingly delicate works made from cardboard. His works can be found in collections worldwide including one of his most ambitious private commissions for Hermès in Paris.
