Renowned guitarists Slava and Leonard Grigoryan join us for an intimate world premiere and encore performance of specially commissioned compositions as we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the opening of the National Museum of Australia.
Inspired by historical museum objects, the Grigoryan brothers have composed deeply personal responses in their first all-original suite of music.

Slava and Leonard will also share insights on the museum objects that inspired them, in these special performances, live in our Gandel Atrium.
This unique commission with the Grigoryan Brothers is an evocative and highly personal journey inspired by these 18 museum objects.
