Join director Ákos Armont and producer Antony Waddington at the Canberra premiere of Brabham at the National Museum of Australia.
Inspired by Jack Brabham, Australia's first Grand Prix champion, this documentary feature shares a story of passion, commitment and the pursuit of excellence. An impressionistic account of a racing dynasty and the price of immortality, Brabham reveals the drive of a father through the journey of a son.
To celebrate, a 1967 Brabham BT23A-1 Repco V8 racing car from the Museum’s collection, built and raced by Jack Brabham, will be on display during the event.
Enjoy the screening, see one of Brabham’s own vehicles up close, and hear from the film’s director and producer as they answer audience questions and share exclusive insights about the film.
