Bearing witness to the Springfield story
The Springfield-Faithfull family collection includes hundreds of photographs; many of exceptional quality. These photos give great insights to the story of Springfield and the people who have called it home.
They record events such as Empire Day when the whole station stopped work to celebrate, picnic race meetings and family weddings. They also bear witness to family traits, such as their love for animals, from fine horses to working dogs and tame birds.
