Come along
Soak up the powerful lyrics, fascinating instrumentation and amazing humour of singer songwriter Clare Bowditch.
Winner of a swag of awards, including Rolling Stone magazine's Woman of the Year (2010), Clare has enjoyed rave reviews and critical acclaim for her performances and albums, including her most recent and fourth album Modern Day Addiction.
The Clouds were a mainstay of the Australian music scene in the 1990s with their layered guitar pop, feisty and original lyrics and deliciously unexpected harmonies. In 2011 The Clouds reunited and with Clare Bowditch will perform at the Museum's By the Water program.
Presented as part of ENLIGHTEN 2012

FAQs
Will food and drink be available?
Yes. Food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available for sale, but you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.
Is seating allocated?
No. Seating is un-allocated and in fact there are no seats! Find a place on the grass to sit when you arrive.
Should I bring something to sit on?
Yes. Seating is on the grass and due to recent rain it will be wet. We recommend a picnic blanket (ideally rubber-backed) or similar. Wear warm clothing too.
Can I bring an umbrella?
A parka or rain jacket would be the most considerate option, but you may bring an umbrella. Please be aware of the impact on other people's sightlines and enjoyment of the concert.
