Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 August 2018

This year’s Canberra Writers Festival program has something for everyone, with a great selection of national and international authors gathered under the theme of Power, Politics, Passion.

The festival will offer a range of events including author talks, exciting panel discussions, in-depth conversations and family events.

The festival is held across some of Canberra's national institutions including the National Library of Australia, Australian National University, National Museum of Australia, the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House, the National Portrait Gallery and the National Press Club of Australia.

The National Museum of Australia is proud to be a founding partner and venue host for the Canberra Writers Festival on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 August 2018.
