Big objects – new Hall exhibition
Wednesday 14 November 2012, 6:30pm to 7:30pmMuseum curators will introduce the spectacular new exhibition of big objects which transforms the Hall into a vibrant gallery space. Highlights include a 1905 steam engine, a 1930s monoplane, one of Australia’s oldest horse-drawn coaches, a vintage Citroën tourer and Martumili Ngurra, the large collaborative painting depicting the country of the Martu people of central Western Australia.
