How you can help

Your tax deductible donation to our Encounters Indigenous Cultural Workers Scholarships program helps support the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural leaders of the future.

Encounters Indigenous Cultural Workers Scholarships

The scholarships are a legacy of the Encounters exhibition and were developed after extensive community consultation. These intensive three-month internships are designed to meet the needs of recipients and their community-based work.

Interns work with mentors, cultural leaders and custodians, expanding their vision and knowledge and building networks at major cultural institutions and universities in Australia and the United Kingdom.
