National Museum Fellowships

The National Museum Fellowship program brings leading scholars to Canberra to help promote the National Museum as a centre of scholarly activity.

Visting Fellows

The Visiting Fellowships scheme encourages research relating to the Museum's collections and programs. It also maintains a flux of new ideas and expertise in the Museum.

Applications are sought each year. The 2008 round closed in September 2007.

The 2007 Visiting Fellows were:

Director's Fellows

The Director's Fellowship is a quarterly award which allows the foremost practitioners in disciplines across the Museum's themes to visit Canberra to
continue their research, consult with colleagues and to speak about their work.
