Wentworth Basin Bytes

The Wentworth Basin Bytes project is one of a series of community outreach initiatives organised by the National Museum of Australia, and run in partnership with the Murray-Darling Basin Commission, Wentworth Shire Council and the University of Tasmania.

The Wentworth Basin Bytes photography project is a community-based project designed to bring people closer to their environment by using communication technology as a source of engagement.

It has been designed to capture different aspects of our natural resources and cultural heritage, as well as provide stories that represent what is important to the participants in the Wentworth area.

Disclaimer: The Wentworth Basin Bytes gallery is a community generated website. The stories and opinions expressed here are those of the individual participants and do not necessarily represent the position of the National Museum of Australia nor the Murray-Darling Basin Commission. They are presented to inform discussion about the Basin's natural resources.
