Collingullie Public School
Collingullie Public School is a small rural school 24 kilometres west of Wagga Wagga. The school currently has an enrolment of around 30 students. Students at the school come from the local village and from farms in the outlying area. Collingullie Public School is a member of the Wagga Wagga Smalls Schools Network and prides itself on the partnerships it has with these other small schools.
The Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Foundation has developed a unit of work for year levels 4-6 that explores changes in farming and market gardening practices. The unit includes stories and images about Collingullie, the Lashbrook family's farm and the cook's galley.
