About the water

-28.98865, 151.52361
Collected by: Alastair King
Through involvement in Landcare and the Queensland Murray Darling Committee's Sub Catchment Planning work.
Water quality:
| Turbidity: | 12NTUs |
| pH: | 7.7 |
| Salinity: | Electrical Conductivity (microseimens/cm) 340 |
Carp seen (3+). Small fish present.
ACT Waterwatch says:
Despite carp being seen, the turbidity is good. Carp are often implicated in increased turbidity, however they are often a symptom of poor river health more than the cause of it. Clearly here carp are not having an impact on mobilized solids.
