Museum Mascot drawing competition

Lyndal from Coolamon, New South Wales is the winner of the Museum Mascot drawing competition.

Camby the koala image

During the July school holidays the National Museum of Australia offered children the opportunity to create a mascot for the Museum and win a star appearance on Prime's THE SATURDAY CLUB with Prime Possum.

There were many worthy drawings entered into the competition and a selection can be found on the following pages.

The winning entry shown here is Camby the koala drawn by Lyndal from Coolamon in New South Wales.

The judges were impressed with Lyndal's artistic ability and by her inspiration - an aerial shot of the Museum.

Congratulations Lyndal!
