Try your hand at a game of tabvla and experience some of the tastes, sounds and scents of Rome.

Top the night off watching a cult classic film in our Garden of Australian Dreams (weather permitting).

Join us for a look at the city at night with Emeritus Professor Elizabeth Minchin from the Centre for Classical Studies at the Australian National University. What happened in Rome after sundown? We have read about extravagant parties and social gatherings, but what about less privileged people and those who earned their living after darkness fell?

  • The city at night with Elizabeth Minchin, 6.30–7.30pm
