Brian Lynch and his wife Barbara have been collecting for 25 years.

Brian recently won first prize in the Collector Cam competition run by ABC television's Collectors.

Brian and Barbara describe their collection as 'anything and everything'.

The collection covers a wide range of objects, including:

- old groceries and tin toys
- stationery and shoe polish
- shaving mugs and electric jugs
- cash registers and cosmetics.

Collecting is a shared passion and one that has literally found its way into the Lynch's Wagga Wagga home. Not to mention the custom-built shed.

A selection of Brian and Barbara's old grocery wares and toys are on show in the National Museum's Hall until 1 February 2007.
