Chris Pease, a Perth-based artist with Menang, Wardandi and Bibbulmun heritage, talks about his 72-panel painting ‘Panoramic View of Minang Boojar (Minang [Menang] Land)’, 2013. It shows British soldiers and Menang people, including the warrior Yagan, and is an interpretation of an earlier panoramic print by British artist Robert Dale.
