Flinders Island

Aunty Patsy Cameron is a Tasmanian Aborigine Elder who talks about how her ancestors sent a petition to Queen Victoria in England complaining about their circumstances at Wybalenna on Flinders Island. A number of the signatories were painted by the English artist John Skinner Prout, and Aunty Patsy talks about what these portraits mean, and the petition’s consequences.
