What does this say about our Federal police?

'What does this say about our Federal police?', Kathleen Gleeson, Year 5/6G, Holy Name Primary School, Forster, NSW

Judges' comments: A simple drawing which neatly encapsulates the problem with the Australian Federal Police's approach in the Haneef case: 'If it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, then ...' It does exactly what a political cartoon should do, makes a powerful point with direct simplicity.
