An unframed painting on canvas board featuring the silhouette of four figures in a central circle with six black hands around them. The bottom is blue and the top is red both filled with wavy line design. There is a red border with a smaller black inner border. The painting is signed in the bottom left corner "DEON COX 98". On the reverse is handwritten text that reads "ATSIC Z0005". There is also a yellow piece of paper with artist's name, title of the work "Welcoming Hands" and a description of the work.
