A woven basket. The basket is made from fibre using a basketry technique where the strands are woven over and under vertical column. It has a cylindrical shape with a rounded base and straight sides tapering to an oval opening. The basket has bands in different shades of brown. A length of twisted string has been threaded through opposing side of the basket and tied into knots to form a handle. On one side of the basket is a red dot sticker with the number "58".
