Description
A colour dot painting on canvas featuring a blue concentric circle with four wavy blue lines extending to the right. There are various sea creatures around the painting such as fish, whales, stingrays, octopus and sea shells on a black background with blue, brown and yellow dots. There is signature in the bottom right corner that reads "SiNESY.98.". The canvas is stapled to a wooden strainer with metal hanging hooks at the top.
